Delivery Policy

1) If the order reaches HK$1,000 net amount, our company provides one time complimentary delivery service.

Our logistic representative will contact you by phone prior to each shipment in order to arrange the most appropriate delivery time.

1.1 Delivery Arrangement

Delivery time: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

Delivery time: 09:00 - 17:00 (Saturday)

Delivery time: Closed (Sunday and Public Holidays)

**The final delivery time is according to the shipment schedule arranged by our Company.

1.2 Delivery Time

Upon receipt of your order and payment, our company will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. It usually takes less than 5 working days for an order to fully process and ready for delivery. 1.3 Undelivered Orders

The orders will be returned due to reasons such as incomplete delivery address, unsuccessful delivery, reject to accept package, etc. such package will be returned to our warehouse. For undeliverable order, customer is responsible to pick up the package within 30 days. Otherwise, all goods for this order will be acted as completed. Payment will not be refunded.

2) Applicable to order less than the specified amount

If the order is less than HK$1,000: Delivery service to be provided by Our Company OR S.F. Express

Large and Heavy Order - our company truck will handle for a fee:

Small and Light Order - S.F. Express

S.F Express will collect directly from client. The fee will quoted directly by S.F Express
It will take 3 working days from the delivery date. In case of any changes and delays, all arrangements will be subjected to S.F. Express
The price of the goods and shipping charge is not included in the insurance fee
Our company will not be liable for any product damage, changing of delivery / delivery method, or delivery delay caused by S.F.Express
